Program Administrator Workflow Guide – Houston Food Bank Medically Tailored Meals (MTM) Program

As a Administrator for the MTM program, your primary responsibilities include oversight and organization management within the MTM program.
This guide outlines key tasks and workflows to support efficient program administration.

1. Logging into the System#

Navigate to the MTM Referral Portal and log in using your assigned credentials.

- Once logged in, you will have access to the dashboard (click here for documentation on the dashboard layout).
2. Monitoring MTM Clients#
Administrators have full access to the pre-enrollment and enrolled client workflows described in the Social Worker Guide (linked).
Administrators will have permissions to access all client records created by all users throughout the system for easy oversight across the program.
Additionally, Administrators have full access to the reporting features described in the Case Manager Guide (linked).
3. Using the Administrator Dashboard#
Administrators have access to an Administration Dashboard where they can view various logs and create or manage users and organizations in the program. Click here for documentation on the Administration Dashboard.
Administrators have permissions certain advanced actions, such as editing participating organizations in the MTM program or deleting other users' records, that are not available to Case Managers. If you believe you are missing access that you should have, please contact PCIC Support for guidance.
